Two Signature Dishes Steal the Show at the SCO International Modern Agriculture and Catering Expo

  At the recently concluded SCO International Modern Agriculture and Catering Expo, our booth quickly became the highlight of the event, with two star dishes—Sichuan Peppercorn Butter Chicken and Golden Soup Pickled Fish—captivating the taste buds of numerous visitors.

Our signature Golden Soup Pickled Fish also stood out brilliantly. Delicate, boneless fish fillets are immersed in a tangy, rich golden broth, which is simmered from premium pickled mustard greens and a secret blend of spices.
