1)Thaw the product in running water under refrigerated conditions until there is no ice chips and the fish fillets are separated.

2)Add about 1000g of water to the pot and bring to a boil. Put the snakehead fish fillets in and blanch until cooked through. You can also combine with other ingredients to make pickled fish, tomato fish, etc.
